Shipping Policy

International Shipping

The Company ships internationally through third-party logistics carriers. Available destinations, shipping methods, transit times, and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country, shipping method, and local regulations.

Shipping Terms (Incoterms® 2020)

Applicable shipping terms shall be specified in the relevant quotation, invoice, or order confirmation, in accordance with Incoterms® 2020 where applicable.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the shipping terms stated in the relevant sales document shall govern the transaction.

Risk transfers to the customer in accordance with the applicable shipping terms.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Unless otherwise agreed, the recipient/customer shall act as the Importer of Record and is solely responsible for:

  • customs clearance procedures
  • import duties, taxes, and related fees
  • compliance with all laws and regulations of the destination country
  • providing any documents or information required for customs clearance

Failed Delivery / Customs Issues

If a shipment is returned, abandoned, destroyed, delayed, or incurs additional charges due to the customer’s failure to comply with customs requirements, refusal to pay applicable charges, incorrect shipping information, or failure to provide required documentation, refunds may be denied in whole or in part.

Shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs penalties, storage fees, and other related expenses are non-refundable and may be charged to the customer.
