Due to the nature of the products and international logistics, refunds or exchanges for change of mind are not provided unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing in advance.

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error attributable to the Company, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty Policy
1-Year Limited Parts Warranty
The Company provides a one-year limited warranty on parts from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only.
Validation
Customers must provide sufficient evidence of the defect, such as photographs or video recordings.
Resolution
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, replacement parts will be provided free of charge.
Shipping costs for replacement parts are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
