Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all products, transactions, and services provided by the Company through its website, online platforms, or direct sales channels.
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as limiting or excluding any rights that may not be waived or restricted under applicable law.
Intended Use & Customer Responsibilities
The Company’s products are intended for commercial and professional use unless otherwise explicitly stated.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that installation, operation, and maintenance comply with:

Order Confirmation & Force Majeure
Orders are deemed confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and written acceptance by the Company.
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, or global supply chain disruptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business interruption, arising from:

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Import Duties and Customs
Customers are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance procedures, permits, and compliance with local import laws and regulations in the destination country.
The Company is not responsible for any delays, additional charges, confiscation, or delivery failure resulting from customs procedures or the customer’s failure to provide required documents or information.
Shipping
Any delivery times provided by the Company are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
The Company shall not be liable for delays, damage, or delivery issues caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of international shipping and cross-border transactions, orders are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment has been confirmed and order processing has begun.
Returns or refunds may be accepted only at the Company’s sole discretion or where required by applicable law.
Any shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, return shipping costs, or related fees incurred in connection with returns or refused deliveries shall be borne by the customer.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
